Kawasaki 440 LTD.
This is a cool bike for a small person.
It would work for a larger person but the speed on the highway is just a bit slow. and it is lighweight for high speed. It is a great bike to ride though!
One cool thing that I like is that it has a belt to drive it rather than a chain drive.
The belt will last a long time and you should change it I would guess every 50,000 miles.
This bike is light and easy to ride for small men and women yet has power for their size when they are first starting to ride.
The guy that owned this bike weighed around 240 lbs and it did fine on most roads other than the highway trying to pass a semi who was really cruising.
After the time passes when they are learning to ride things can change, you could want a heavier bike. I know a woman who weighs about 120 lbs and rides a Honda Goldwing 1500.
So weight is not a problem once you get the hang of riding.
A chain drive is common on other bikes and yet best of all is the drive shaft used on Honda Goldwings
